Question

My case is over a year old and I have finished treating about 2 months ago. There are about 25 K in specials doctor bills and there will be continued care in the years to come. I have had a total of 4 premises liablity injuries which settled before suit and 1 that was to minor to pursue, that being the past history liablity is clear as I tripped on hardware from a contruction site from an apartment building,is there a mediation in ny if there is no fair offer on the table. thnax for all

Answer

I will venture to guess that because your injury resulted from hardware left behind by construction workers, the building's insurance company is probably taking the position that the construction company's negligence caused or contributed to the accident, which means, you really should have a lawyer handling this.
