If the paramedics and the police reports collected the medication information that the deceased drank?

If paramedics and police collected information of what meds the deceased drank don't they forward this information to forenses science but they didn't do a toxocology or autopsy they just said they did a exam that could take forever for me to get in my hands from puertorico can I get forenses science in trouble for there negligence my brother was 50 i believe he die of an overdose with multiple sedation not natural causes
