Elective plastic surgery procedures have a reputation as being difficult cases but understand this - a patient never elects or consents to a surgeon's malpractice. If that is what happened to you (and ideally you have a second opinion to back this up), the statute of limitations is 2 1/2 years from the date of surgery.
