How can I make my settlement check come any quicker it’s been 2 months almost 3?

I signed my paper back in January n it’s almost April and I still haven’t received my check, I called my attorney he said the state approved it but he hasn’t received it yet. Is there any other way

See CPLR s. 5003. Municipalities, Public Benefit Corporations and State agencies have 90 days to pay. They often wait until the end to send the check, unfortunately. You just have to be patient. Congrats on the settlement.
