Trip and fall as passerby on a work in progress that was under way on a buildingw/sidewalk access. Tools unsecured in sidewalk walkway causing injury-there are new and prexsting injuries due to accid3ent trauma. Thank you Hoping that the MRI studies help with clarification of injury cause

Of course - and it's a good thing you have a prior MRI to compare it to. It certainly undermines a defense claim that your injury was "degenerative" (i.e. age-related)...
