Do I need a medical malpractice attorney?

I was duped into having an operation I didn't need. The operation went wrong. Now I need another operation to help alleviate some of the damage from the first operation. But it will never be normal. Everything is clear in the X-rays.

The short answer is Yes - but get a copy of your medical record -especially the Operative Report and the report of any subsequent treating physician identifying the problem with your surgery.
