Can I sue Nypd for falsifying my testimony during my oral psychology portion of my candidacy?

June 11, 2014

Question

Two years ago I was a candidate for police officer. During my psychological oral/written exam, the interviewer forced my answers and also documenting false statements. Such as turning "I drink two beers a year." Into I drinking excessively. Or "in high school my team was apart of a bench clearing incident, I did not participate but instead tried to pull my teammates back to bench." To "caused the fight because I was an enforcer". Much more in report. All in which is false, and no proof.

Answer

This is not a personal injury question. It looks like you want to challenge your denial of acceptance into the Police Academy. It's not my area of practice. Try the search option on this site. Maybe an employment law attorney can help you. Good luck.
