Can I sue my pain management doctor for just stopping my medication and telling me he cant see me anymore?

His reason was because I didnt have one of the medications I take in my system and I had an extra type of medication in my system that he never gave me mind you I was involved in a accident where a drunk driver hit me and I lost my leg on the spot last year now I cant get no medication I'm in massive pain and having withdrawals they just stopped me like I was a bum off the street no warning and on the day I was due for refill...

If you were in an accident last year and lost your leg, I'm guessing you have a lawyer already, and if you don't, you really should get one. A lot of pain management doctors are afraid nowadays of over-prescribing opioids.
