Can i sue dentist for malpractice?

QuestionI did root canal 4 months ago and its still hurt. My dentist said there is nothing she can do about it. Its probably i am too sensitive. But i paid 500$ for not feeling pain. Can i do something about it? Othe dentist didnt find anything wrong afte...
If you got a second opinion already, and the second dentist saw nothing wrong, how are you to establish that there was any malpractice? The fact that you still have pain is very much dependent on what the condition of the tooth was. You could have had an infected tooth nerve. I would say, you should focus on getting treatment instead of thinking of suing someone,.
